About the Business
Tri Massage was born out of my passion for sport and ensuring my body remained at its peak of performance. I am a member of East Grinstead Triathlon Club, and have done triathlons ranging from Sprint, Olympic and 70.3 through to Ironman. In the last couple of years I have concentrated on ultra running with many 30, 35 and 40 mile runs, a 50 and a 100 mile running race being my longest to date. I am even qualified in Triathlon Level 1 Coaching. As a fully qualified, fully insured professional masseur, Tri Massage is able to provide a comprehensive massage service, covering all requirements and treatments.
