My core aim is to get your muscles functioning better, return your natural body balance and increase your performance levels. I pride myself on helping people to achieve results. I believe thatreaching your health goals should be affordable and effective, and, that this should be available to everybody. Massage is often underrated despite it's positive impact. We tend to reach for pills, supplements, home remedies and even wait endless weeks to rectify aches and pains.

What are the benefits of massage therapy? Massage therapy has been used for thousands of years by Indian, Chinese, Egyptian, Greek and many other ancient civilizations. In Europe, massage therapybecame widely used during the 14th century, whereas the US has only started practicing it during the mid 19th century. Therapists have to make sure that the patient does not have any medical history that may conflict with the massage therapy provided.
