My name is Jen Snabel and I am a yoga teacher and massage therapist in London. I offer group and private yoga classes all over London, including Angel and South Wimbledon. My teaching is inspired by vinyasa flow yoga, which synchronises movement with breath. I also offer restorative classes to ease and soothe the body and mind. I believe in a balanced practice and seek to combine strength and flexibility to find ease. For new mums and mums to be I offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes.
My personal yoga journey began almost ten years ago when I was initially attracted to yoga for its bendy and flexible persona and as a complement to a daily running schedule. The more time I spent at class the more I wanted to learn. I have since immersed myself in the practice, learning through experience and focused study. I left my corporate job behind and am now happy to be sharing my passion for balance and holism with yoga and massage.
