About the Business

After a lengthy career in IT & Telecommunications I happened to chance upon The Academy of Natural Health, a Holistic Massage Training School based in North London. This started me on my journey to become a Massage Therapist. I soon became involved with a local Ice Hockey team, initially as a 'backup' to their existing therapist: Corrina Jelleyman of Back to Touch based in Windsor. This focussed my interest in specialising in Sports Massage, which I formalised through Eastleigh College, subsequently becoming the Team Therapist for the Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey Team for two full seasons (2010-11 & 2011-12).

During my massage career, I have undertaken a significant amount of Continuous Personal Development training (CPD), enhancing my ever expanding "tool-box" of therapy techniques.

I have been very fortunate to have been trained and to this day am still mentored by the highly motivating and supportive Dr Katya Langmuur, the then Principal of the Academy of Natural Health.
