After taking a career break in 2007 after 12 years working in design and advertising, I retrained as a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with Premier Training International. I have beenqualified in Swedish Massage for many years. I am continually adding and updating my skills and since 2010, I have attended several career development courses at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.

Originally qualifying as a physiotherapist in Bath (1990), he continued his studies at the college of osteopaths (London) qualifying there as an osteopath in 1996. He now runs his practice inHenleaze, Bristol. His knowledge has developed through numerous post graduate trainings including sports massage, muscle imbalance and core stability, harmonic technique, and cranial sacral technique. Chris has also studied the Alexander technique to some depth since 1997.
Starting as a junior weight lifter at the age of 14; my later career saw me continuing in the sports sector, starting out as a gym instructor in both public and private gyms. I went on to manageseveral of Bristol's Sports Centres and Swimming pools as an area manager.
At this stage it was a small scale, very part time, mobile massage service, and in the first 9 months was very proud to have completed 33 massages. When I was growing up, I was very lucky. I had myown bedroom that, whilst I got nagged about tidying it up, was truly mine to do with as I wished. Moving the furniture around, decorating it, and more importantly who I invited in to share my space. I found I was creating a space that felt like a sanctuary. Not only for you, but for me as well.
