Hi, my name is Amanda Hughes. I am a fully qualified therapist through VTCT and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Therapy Massage and a Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies. I am a member of and fully insured through the Complementary Therapists Association (cThA). After many years of battling with work related stress and fatigue I made the decision that I had to put my health first, so I left my pressurised job, and retrained in the world of Complementary Therapies.
