I am currently based in West Oxfordshire near Witney though I serve the whole of Oxfordshire. I have a Diploma qualification in Advanced Personal Training, Postural Correction. I am a fully qualifiednutritional adviser and studied at Premier Academy, the UK's foremost training provider. I have also completed a REPs level 4 qualification in the management of lower back pain and gone on to do Diplomas in Sports and Swedish massage.

Nicola is an ex Military Police Woman who specialised as a Physical Training Instructor during her service. Having gained experience training the ARMY recruits, her friends at home, as well as workingalongside the physiotherapist, she decided that this was what she was most passionate about. Having left the services to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry, she completed her Premier Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy.

In today's hectic society, we live such fast paced lives we often forget the importance of touch. My experience has allowed me to work with a range of athletes from International Professionals to amateur sports people and those outside of sport who seek relief from general niggles and tension.Working with elite athletes in professional sport and along side brilliant practitioners of sports medicine and physiotherapy has given me an insight into what can be possible and the amazing physical recovery that can be achieved.
