I have also completed a REPs level 4 qualification in the management of lower back pain and gone on to do Diplomas in Sports and Swedish massage.
Nicola is an ex Military Police Woman who specialised as a Physical Training Instructor during her service. Having gained experience training the ARMY recruits, her friends at home, as well as workingalongside the physiotherapist, she decided that this was what she was most passionate about. Having left the services to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry, she completed her Premier Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy.
