I experienced thebenefits of Sports Massage and such was my enthusiasm, I wanted to help others reach their goals. I signed up to train as a Sports Massage Therapist and upon qualifying founded Mandy Frost Sports Massage Therapy.

As well as relievinglocalised muscular tension, the massage therapy can help with your overall well-being. It can be extremely beneficial for physical and emotional issues.
Mike originally discovered Sports Therapy as a career after suffering himself with an ongoing back problem for about eight years. This was compounded by taking his back for granted before and afterthe original accident that caused it. At least once a year it would "go" again, leaving him unable to work, sit, stand or sleep for a week or two.
